OVERVIEW
Enco Southwest was formed in 1982 in response to a demand for knowledgeable professionals to assist the private sector with its water and wastewater treatment needs. We are representatives or distributors for manufacturers of water and wastewater equipment. The concept and operation of Enco Southwest revolves around three basic needs: Troubleshooting, Operation, and Supply. We can provide complete treatment facilities for both domestic and industrial wastes, lift stations, pumps and controls, and many other related products.
Over the years we have assisted system owners, engineers and developers with the operation, design, and planning of water and wastewater systems. Enco Southwest provides a single source for help in all phases of water and wastewater treatment.

AlarmAgent.com
AlarmAgent.com is RACO's full-featured, web-based service for monitoring, reporting, and controlling your systems. This service will monitor and collect data from equipment 24 hours a day via a wireless, Web-enabled RTU(s). The secured data will be accessible from any Internet-connected PC or other Web-enabled device. Users will also be able to receive and acknowledge alarms via cell phone, email, phone, SMS, and pager.

Catalyst
The RACO Catalyst is the first interactive communication system in the RACO family. It features event and data logging to onboard memory, 4 standard (configurable as digital or analog) internal inputs, 56 standard remote channel inputs (expandable to 256), and digital voice recording for the ultimate in custom alarm notifications. It interfaces with RACO's Alarmware (free download) for remote programming and data collection and analysis.

Cellularm
RACO Cellular terminal provides temporary or permanent cellular telephone service when conventional telephone lines are not available. The cellular phone transceiver can be optionally furnished with a RACO Autodialer System to provide alarm monitoring, reporting, and system status checking. Packaged in rugged, weather-resistant housing that is easy to transport and set up.

Chatterbox
The Chatterbox, RACO's original Automatic Dialing and Remote Monitoring System. Since 1985, thousands of Chatterbox units have been in use across the nation, in water and wastewater plants. Chatterbox calls up to 8 preprogrammed phone numbers. Alarms are reported via synthesized voice messages programmable by user. The system is expandable to 8 contact channels. Options allow monitoring of a single analog input, with user-programmable high and low setpoints.

Guard-It
Guard-It can monitor up to 4 analog or digital input channels and call 8 preprogrammed phone numbers over a standard telephone line to provide alarm information in the form of a digitally recorded voice message. Alarm calls can be made to any standard phone, pagers, cellular phones, and voice mail. Users can call in for a status report from any remote touch-tone phone. The system is field programmable at the control panel.

Responder
RACO Responder can be called from any touch-tone phone to operate remotely located pumps, valves, motors, switches, and other devices. DTMF tones generated by calling phone cause relay activation at Responder RTU, which in turn operates the remote device. Two relay outputs standard, eight optional. Packaged in a rugged, weather-resistant housing.

Secure Front Panel Verbatim
RACO’s flexible Verbatim System is available in a Secure Front Panel (SFP) configuration, where the unit is furnished without the front panel keypad and some of the front panel indicators that are used for programming at the panel. As a result, programming may only be performed over the phone by authorized personnel.

Powerful programmable functions combine with field-proven modular design to provide a flexible, reliable system that handles the most demanding alarm monitoring applications. Furnished with 4 contact channels, RACO's Verbatim is modularly expandable to 32 contact channels and up to 16 analog channels. The system is programmable to automatically dial up to 16 different phone numbers, each up to 60 digits long, and is easily programmed from a control panel, or remotely programmable via any touch-tone phone over a standard telephone line. Verbatim Gateway
The Verbatim Gateway is a standalone system capable of operating in mission critical applications independently of a PC due to fault tolerance and internal battery backup. Alarm monitoring and reporting functionality are supported for PLC's and PC-based HMI/SCADA systems. The system enables real-time, two-way communication using phone, cell phone, or numeric pager to as many as 16 user destinations.
