New solution helps customers optimize the Verbatim^® monitoring system

Verbatim Connect – used with the Verbatim system, in continuous production since 1989 – is the latest industrial internet of things (IIoT) innovation in alarm autodialer monitoring. Verbatim Connect provides web access to any existing Verbatim monitoring system so users can make smart, timely decisions about all their remote equipment.

Specifically, Verbatim autodialer users can now monitor their entire fleet on a single dashboard – the AlarmAgent^® Dashboard. This comprehensive remote equipment monitoring capability enables at-a-glance monitoring of status, unit location and more. A complete alarm event history displays the details of each alarm, including who acknowledged it, and how much time elapsed before acknowledgement, when the equipment condition returned to normal. Plus, Verbatim Connect allows for cloud-based alarm notification via SMS message, email, pager or phone. It all adds up to smarter alarm monitoring – anytime, anywhere.
