RACO Makes AlarmAgent.com Easier for Rental Companies to Use and Manage
San Jose, Calif., May 17, 2011 — RACO Manufacturing and Engineering Inc., a leading provider of remote monitoring, reporting and control devices, has introduced a number of new improvements to its popular AlarmAgent.com wireless, web-based remote monitoring and reporting system. The enhancements were first seen at the CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2011 show in Las Vegas March 22–26.
AlarmAgent.com can now be configured to provide centralized access to multiple WRTUs at once. This new accessibility is ideal for equipment rental companies that lease a number of AlarmAgent.com systems to their customers. It allows the rental company to easily manage, switch between and move all the WRTUs within their organization at the same time, from a single login.

Additional enhancement include more customizable notification settings, with options for notifying a call list once without requiring an acknowledgement, and blasting an alert to everyone on the contact list at the same time. Flexible reporting options, data storage for up to one year and a feature that allows all reports to be e-mailed are other improvements.
