RACO Announces Enhanced Reporting And Analysis Capabilities For The Catalyst� System

Emeryville, Calif., May 14, 2003 - RACO Manufacturing and Engineering Company of Emeryville, CA, is proud to announce the release of the OPS/RACO Catalyst® Interface for the municipal water and wastewater market. This new interface will allow for easy analysis and reporting of data collected from RACO's Catalyst. Users will now be able to automatically generate government-accepted reports – human interpretation of the raw data is no longer necessary.

OPS Systems, Inc. of Rio Rancho, NM, a provider of strategic data management software and preventative maintenance software solutions for water and wastewater plant operations, has developed a driver that allows their software to read Catalyst data logs. This software interface transfers data from the Catalyst into OPS Strategic Data Management software for easy analysis and reporting. The OPS/Catalyst Interface is available in two versions, the OPS 32 and the OPS EZ.

The OPS 32 is a full featured product for an unlimited number of facilities that manages your data, creates reports including NPDES and State DMR's, outputs graphs which analyze and predict process performance, and comes with computer modeling routines which help you determine the effect of process changes. The OPS EZ is a subset of the full product, designed for a single facility with a single computer. It has a monthly spreadsheet for data entry and a full set of reports. The program includes Time Series graphs with trend lines and control limits.
